Hello, I am a member of the French arbcom. The French Wikipedia is facing a chronical insufficience of arbitrators. We are currently 3. The community has asked the opinion of the sitting arbitrators on possible amendments of the rules of the game to facilitate the functionning of arbitrations. Though we are focusing on elections, we are looking also at other aspects.
 
I noticed you have established on the Czech WP a fast track process to rule on motions proposed buby users. Could one of you please clarify your opinion on this process ? What kind of issues are best dealt with by motions vs cases ? What do you see as the main advantage of this process ? What main difference with regular arbitration cases ? What advice would you give based on your experience with this process ? I would very much appreciate if one or some of you could give us his thoughts on the matter.
