English: Award of the Interior Ministry (MVD) of the Russian Federation. Instituted on 6 May 2009 by ministerial order 347. Awarded to soldiers, officers and employees of canine units of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation and military dog units of Interior Troops of Russia for professional excellence, achievements in the service-operational and operational performance; to veterans of the service and ex employees of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, servicemen of internal troops of Russia who have made a significant contribution to the development of canine units; to Russian citizens and foreign nationals who provide substantial assistance to dogs unit in implementing the tasks entrusted to them.
Русский: Памятная юбилейная медаль «100 лет кинологическим подразделениям МВД России» — ведомственная медаль Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации, учреждённая приказом МВД РФ № 347 от 6 мая 2009 года.

Медалью «100 лет кинологическим подразделениям МВД России» награждаются: сотрудники, служащие, работники кинологических подразделений органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации и военнослужащие кинологических подразделений внутренних войск МВД России за высокое профессиональное мастерство, достигнутые успехи в служебно-боевой и оперативно-служебной деятельности; лица, уволенные со службы, сотрудники, служащие и работники органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации, военнослужащие внутренних войск МВД России, внесшие значительный вклад в развитие кинологических подразделений;

граждане Российской Федерации и иностранные граждане, оказавшие значительную помощь кинологическим подразделениям в осуществлении возложенных на них задач.
Français : Médaille Commémorative pour 100 Ans des Services Canins du Ministère de l'Intérieur. Instauré par l'arrêté ministérial 347 du 6 mai 2009. Décernée aux soldats, fonctionnaires et employés des unités canines du Ministère de l'Intérieur de la Fédération de Russie et des unités de chiens militaires des Troupes de l'Intérieur de la Russie pour l'excellence professionnelle, pour des réalisations dans la performance du service-opérationnelles et opérations; aux vétérans et ex employés du service, aux militaires des troupes intérieures de la Russie qui ont apporté une contribution significative au développement des unités canines; aux citoyens russes ou étrangers qui fournissent une aide substantielle aux unités canines dans l'exécution des tâches qui leur sont confiées.
