English: A German Focke-Wulf Fw 200 C-2 Condor long range reconnaissance plane from I./KG 40, 1. Staffel/Squadron F8 + EH (white E; E = 5th aircraft of the squadron, H = 1st squadron, F8 = Geschwader-/Wingcode of the KG 40) in flight.
Deutsch: Focke-Wulf Fw 200 C-2 Condor Langstrecken-(See-)Aufklärer und Fernkampfflugzeug (Bomber) der 1./KG 40 (1. Staffel der I. Gruppe des Kampfgeschwaders 40) mit dem Kennzeichen F8 + EH (weisses E; E = 5. Flugzeug in der Staffel, H = 1. Staffel, F8 = Geschwader- bzw. Verbandskennzeichen des KG 40). Die Fw 200 C-1/C-2 waren mit 4x 830 PS BMW 132 H Neunzylinder-Sternmotoren ausgerüstet. Die Folge- und Hauptversion Fw 200 C-3 flog mit den auf 1000 PS verstärkten BMW-Bramo 323 R-2 Neunzylinder-Sternmotoren.
