«Прямоугольное полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с жёлтой полосой вдоль древка шириной в 1/5 длины полотнища и с изображением в центре основной голубой части полотнища фигуры из герба муниципального района — белого с серыми деталями ястреба, сидящего со сложенными крыльями к древку».

Флаг утверждён 20 марта 2013 года и внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8315.
