Прямоугольное полотнище зелёного цвета, несущее вдоль своего нижнего края и на расстоянии в 1/10 от ширины полотнища полосу зелёного цвета шириной в 1/5 от ширины полотнища, покрытую орнаментом из сомкнутых сквозных стилизованных камней, изображённых белым и синим цветами. По центру зелёной части помещено изображение фигур районного герба (окружённого пламенами круга с кольцом и берёзовой ветвью на нём) с диаметром в 3/5 от ширины полотнища, выполненное жёлтым и чёрным цветами
