English: This diagram shows an example of the double helix structure of DNA with its nucleotides labeled. Below that is the sequence of nucleotides from one strand, and below that the sequence of amino acids that the second sequence codes for.

This image was created by editing the file Genetický kód.jpg, which says it comes from http://www.ornl.gov/sci/techresources/Human_Genome/graphics/slides/98-648jpg.shtml (that link is dead, but an archived version corresponds). The original contained an incorrect transcription, taking nucleotides from both strands. I corrected it by modifying the letters in the double helix to correspond to the original transcription.
