Il n'y a maintenant plus d'obstacles bien sérieux et la montée est sensiblement régulière jusqu'au fond de la grotte, du moins en suivant la galerie principale. Après avoir dépassé trois petits lacs alimentés par un ruisselet à débit variable et remonté une longue galerie traçant plusieurs zigzags, on atteint la salle des Géants (Riesenhalle).
