English: This card says the person is an Honoured Test Navigator of the USSR. The seal is the USSR coat of arms and the repeating (up to grammatical cases) text reads “Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union”. The text shaped as a rectangle shows the name of the USSR in several languages spoken in the Presidium.
